Part 1

Privacy Notice.

Pentacle Financial Solutions (“Pentacle”, “we”, “us”) is an insurance agency and AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor at 102, New BMC Market Building, Akurli Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101. We handle your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

1. What We Collect

• When you ask for a quote, a policy review or claim help: your name, mobile number, email, how you'd like us to contact you, the cover you're asking about, and anything you choose to add, such as your city, vehicle, trip or business details, or notes about a claim.
• On the health insurance form: the ages and relationships of the people you want to cover, simple health answers (existing conditions, recent hospital stays, tobacco use), details of current cover and your preferences for a new plan. Its own notice on that page explains how we protect health details.
• When you call, WhatsApp or email us: your number or address and what you tell us.
• When you use the website: the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, your approximate city, and whether you sent a form or tapped a call or WhatsApp link. See the cookie section.
• To protect our forms from abuse: a spam check and a one-way hash of your IP address. We also record when and how you gave consent.

2. Why We Use It

• To answer your request: prepare quotes from insurers, review your existing policy, or help with a claim.
• To contact you about that request by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• If you take a policy or investment through us: to help with the application, renewals, changes and claims, and to keep the records insurers and regulators require.
• To send renewal reminders and occasional insurance tips, only if you ask for them. You can stop them at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it, and, only if you allow marketing cookies, to measure and improve our marketing.

3. Who We Share It With

• Insurance companies we approach for quotes, policies or claims on your behalf, and mutual fund houses and their registrars if you invest through us.
• Service providers that run our systems under contract: website hosting, our database, email and spam protection, using servers in India where available.
• Google and Microsoft, for website analytics, and marketing platforms such as Google and Meta, only if you allow marketing cookies. None of them receive what you type into our forms.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. How Long We Keep It

If you don't take a policy or investment through us, we delete your enquiry 12 months after our last contact. If you become a customer, we keep your records for as long as insurance and mutual fund regulations require. Google keeps detailed website analytics data for no more than 14 months.

5. How We Protect It

Enquiries are stored in access-controlled systems, visible only to the Pentacle staff handling them. Connections to this website are encrypted. Health answers get extra protection, explained in the notice on the health insurance form.

6. Family Members and Children

If you give us details of family members, you confirm they have agreed to it. For children under 18, you confirm you are their parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect data directly from children.

7. Your Rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, have it erased, nominate someone to act for you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further contact. It doesn't affect what we did before, or records we must keep by law.

1. Who We Are

Pentacle Financial Solutions arranges insurance as licensed insurance agents, working with a network of agents across leading insurers, including LIC. We are not an insurance broker. We are also an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, ARN-47264. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.

2. Information, Not Advice

The articles, answers and figures on this site are general information under the rules in force when they were written. They aren't tax, legal or investment advice for your situation. Rules and products change, so please speak to us before you decide.

3. Quotes and Policies

• Any quote is indicative until the insurer accepts your proposal. The insurer decides whether to offer cover, on what terms and at what premium.
• Your policy wording decides what is covered. If anything on this site differs from it, the policy wording applies.
• Please give complete and true information, including about health and past claims. Wrong or missing information can lead to a claim being refused or a policy being cancelled.
• Premiums are paid to the insurance company, which issues your policy.

4. Mutual Funds

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance doesn't guarantee future returns.

5. Using the Site

Please don't misuse the site: no false enquiries, no attempts to break its security, and no automated collection of its content. The text, design and logo belong to Pentacle Financial Solutions and may not be copied without permission. Insurer and fund names belong to their owners.

6. Links to Other Sites

Links to insurers, regulators and other sites are for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on general information on this site without speaking to us.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms and this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
