Why I Still Love This Work
When I first stepped into insurance, I will be honest: I was not especially excited about it. But the more families I sat with, the more I understood what this work really means. Helping someone plan for the people they love, and being there for them when something goes wrong, slowly became my passion.
Over the years I have learnt that insurance is really about one moment: the day you need to make a claim. That is when the right policy, read carefully and set up properly, makes all the difference. So we take the time to understand your needs first, explain what a policy does and does not cover, and stay with you through the paperwork long after the policy is issued.
I see myself less as someone who sells policies and more as someone my clients can call when they need help. Trust matters in every relationship, and even more with the person who looks after your family’s protection. That trust is something we work to earn every single day.
I am proud of the awards and recognition we have received along the way. Not because I like to boast, but because each one reflects years of hard work, and the faith our clients have placed in us.
